Cause Of Hypotension With Ketoacidosis

New York Part 2: Times Square and Madame Tussauds

09:01:11 Sunday / Evening:

As I have already written the post about our arrival we are equal to the Hotel-Check-Inn for Times Square run.
Times Square is probably many of you are well known. It is the center of Broadway and also very well known by all the neon signs light up the night and day. This is also where most theater and musical shows are located. Moreover, here you are the MTV Studios, Times Square Studios, Sony, Vogue, Toys'R'Us, Planet Hollywood, Disney Store, Hershey's, M & M's Store countless souvenir shops, restaurants, cafes and all sorts of fast food chains. Here, New York never sleeps really well. Only need early on Saturday morning, we have not seen it here once so full and hectic, but was probably the result not the Saturday as many people for work and frantically running back and forth over the roads.

Times Square is named after the way the New York Times, which is also her publisher and commercial buildings have here. It is the building on top of the image in the back of the center, at the neon sign goes up. This building is also called "One Times Square " and 110 meters high.
is known of this building but also through the Times Square ticker, a news ticker can be shown on a round-the-Clock News. By New Year it is also very famous, as is lowered just before the New Year's changing a ball of light in this building. Does one or the other of you already determined views on television.

madness and the mass of taxis as you can see in the picture above. This is especially apparent in Manhattan. There, drive hundreds of taxis behind by side on the hunt for a passenger. One might think here it should have no other cars on the road: D Had the times there will be about 12,000 taxis in New York. Dangers we're not a single time taxi as we had a 7-day metro card for the subway, which is offering $ 27 per person for the whole week we got a lot cheaper.

left you can see the Bertelsmann Building . It is 223 meters tall office building with 42 floors. The main building including the North American headquarters of Bertelsmann publishing house, which Virgin Megastore (a huge record store) and the restaurant chain Planet Hollywood .

The building was right with the neon sign I do not know how to say this, it looks as if each like the opposite One Times Square building . Much more interesting is the "red stairs " in front of the pavilion and that is a ticket called " TKTS . Yes, you read that right, a ticket pavilion. The steps are as it were you back to the pavilion. There you can buy tickets to Broadway shows, musicals and dance events for a much cheaper and therefore often the people there are also snake.
I think it is in any case solved quite handy, because then one has from up there a great panoramic view of Times Square.

the way for a larger view of the Images click on it:)

Our phone has been added another short video . Only stupid, it is upright, it will appear containing a little smaller. For a larger view, click the bottom right next to the YouTube logo on the arrow button.

to the late hour, we then stopped by even at Madame Tussauds, the famous wax museum.

you find Madame Tussauds in 234 West 42nd Street , Times Square, New York 10036
opening times: Sun-Thu 10-20, Fri-Sat 10-22 Clock Clock
Admission: $ 35.50 pride for adults and $ 28.50 for children (4-12 years)

Admission in my opinion, but since we before departure nor the New York Pass had organized, was the entry so free, and we could sit back and quickly walk past the long line * ggg *

I was until now either in London or in Berlin at Madame Tussauds and the price would be determined without the New York I also went in not fit here.
Yes, it was quite interesting sometimes to see the stars up close and even how big or small they are like that. Some figures were made really great, which looked so life-like they would an appeal to the same. There were also characters that were not done so well.
Hauptssächlich were of course many actors, musicians, athletes, politicians from the U.S., there is shown some of which I was completely unaware of. But anyway, it was interesting to see there comes a time.

Below you see a few of the celebrities that have been modeled really well. From top right Johnny Depp, Jennifer Lopez and Robert Pattinson, Sean Combs, Miley Cyrus and Steven Spielberg. All to show here is beyond just the post but XD

After that we then indulged in our first dinner in New York. For each, there was a large slice of pizza. Each Italians would throw up his hands above his head if he had tried the. The pizzas there are just simply different in taste and consistency. A little too greasy for my taste and not nearly as good as we know here in Germany. Then it was already Sunday over and we are like dead tired after 23 hours of being awake in bed.

To be continued ...

Here comes her Part 1, Part 3 , Part 4, Part 5 the trip.
