Ramen is yes in many varieties. Since yesterday I cooked Chāshu and much is left in stock, I have an equal part to Chāshu-men processed, the other part of the broth I'm frozen. Chāshu men-is a variation of shoyu ramen, only replacing the part soy sauce by the very tasty and aromatic Chāshu broth. Often the soup will also contain Menma on the side.
simple recipe but very delicious.
recipe for 2 people:
- 8 slices Chāshu
- 600 ml chicken stock 300 ml
- Chāshubrühe
- Ramen 200g
- 2 spring onions
